At Xtenshion Crafts, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when orders can be cancelled.
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.
How to Request Cancellation
To request a cancellation:
- Email us at xtenshioncrafts@gmail.com
- Mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation
Our team will confirm the cancellation status within 24–48 working hours.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Cancellation by Xtenshion Crafts
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
- Product out of stock
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment failure or suspected fraud
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
Orders Already Shipped
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligible return scenarios.
