At Xtenshion Crafts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality wooden shelves, key holders, and home décor products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- You received a wrong product
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at xtenshioncrafts@gmail.com
- Share your Order ID and clear images/videos of the product
- Our team will review and respond within 48 working hours
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping will be borne by Xtenshion Crafts.
For all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated after inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Replacement Policy
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Damaged Product Disclaimer
Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
This is mandatory to process damage or wrong product claims.
